4.8mm Brazier Head Lockbolt Pins – Collars Sold Separately
4.8mm brazier head lockbolt pins for permanent fastening with a compatible swage collar and installation tool. The two-piece system clamps the joint by swaging the collar into the pin's locking grooves.
Pins only: matching locking collars are sold separately. These collars are mechanically swaged into position and are not conventional threaded nuts.

Grip range means the combined thickness of the materials being joined. Select a pin whose grip range includes the complete joint thickness. Pin length includes the installation tail and must not be used as the grip measurement.

Installation
Prepare aligned holes to the specification for the selected pin and collar system. Insert the pin through the joint, fit the matching collar on the opposite side and install using a compatible lockbolt tool and nose assembly.
Check pin, collar and tooling compatibility before installation. A standard pop rivet tool is not a substitute for the correct lockbolt setting equipment.
