M8 Metric Masonry Shield Anchor Studs with Anti-Vandal Shear Nuts
These M8 masonry shield anchor studs combine a four-way expansion shield with an anti-vandal shear nut for tamper-resistant fixing into suitable masonry and concrete. Each assembly includes the shield, threaded stud and shear nut.
The shear nut is designed so that its driving section breaks away during final tightening, leaving a smooth security section that is difficult to grip with conventional tools. This makes the fixing suitable for installations where routine removal is not required.

These fixings are intended for applications requiring resistance to unauthorised removal. Position and align the fixture before final tightening, as the shear nut is not designed for routine removal once its driving section has broken away.
