M8 A2 Stainless Steel Hexagon Flange Set Screws
These M8 hexagon flange set screws are manufactured from A2 stainless steel and feature an integral plain flange beneath the hexagonal head. The flange distributes the clamping load over a wider area and can reduce the need for a separate flat washer.
Manufactured to the DIN 6921 heavy-series pattern, these screws have a standard M8 x 1.25mm metric coarse thread and are available in lengths from 16mm to 60mm. The product is listed as fully threaded.

Installation GuidanceUse a 13mm spanner or socket for installation. The plain flange does not provide an independent locking action, so a suitable locking nut, thread-locking compound or other retention method may be required in applications exposed to vibration.Stainless steel fasteners can be susceptible to thread galling.
